Law Firm “Pkhaladze and Partners” – A Guarantee of Success in the Field of Legal Services
Nikoloz Pkhaladze's career path was not easy – it took a lot of hard work, a constant pursuit of education, and many years of practice for him to make his name a significant player in the Georgian legal field.
Today, he is not only a successful lawyer, but also the “Pkhaladze and Partners” (Cabinet d’Avocats Pkhaladze et Associes) founder and managing partner, which is one of the leading law firms in Georgia. From the very beginning, his goal was to introduce innovations in legal practice, establish high professionalism, and contribute to the development of the legal field.
Nikoloz Pkhaladze first received his education at the Antoine de Saint-Exupéry French-Georgian College, after which he enrolled in the Faculty of Law at Caucasus University.
“Lawhas alwaysseemed to meas a field, wherean individualcanrealinfluenceexerton the system, – sayshe, –howeverOnlytheoreticalknowledgesufficientnotis – practiceandinternationalexperienceis necessary, ifyou want, tobe successful“.
For this very reason, after graduating from university, he continued his studies in France, in Strasbourg, pursuing a master's degree in private law.
“in StrasbourgWhile studyingI completedan internshipat the Georgiandiplomaticrepresentationto the Councilof Europe, I studiedFrenchlawandactivelywas getting acquaintedwith the Europeanlegalsystem, –recallsNikolozi, –thisPeriodFor meOne–OneThe mostInterestingAndTransformativeWas, BecauseimmediatelyI realized, thatprivatelawmystrongsideshouldbecome“.
After returning to Georgia, he began his career through internships at "Svanidze and Partners", VBAT Law Firm, and "Migriashvili and Partners", where he worked with Dr. Roin Migriashvili, who is now his academic supervisor in his doctoral studies.

The idea of establishing his own law firm also came to Nikoloz in Strasbourg. As he recalls, in France, lectures on property law were given by a professor from the University of Liège, and it was at that moment that he realized he should also have independent practice in Georgia, create precedents in the court system, and in this way establish himself as a professional.
This is exactly how the law firm "Pkhaladze & Partners" was founded, which today is a member of the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry and operates under the French name – Cabinet d’Avocats Pkhaladze et Associes. Today, "Pkhaladze & Partners" provides legal services to corporate and individual clients.
“OurClientsarecompanies, whichentrepreneurial, taxandlaborllawin the fieldwe provideservices. to clients Due Diligence-'s, legalconsultationsanddisputesin the decisionadvocacyservice we offer“,saysNikolozi.
In addition, the bureau provides consultations to both local and international clients in real estate transactions, trademark registrations, and court disputes.
“ourone–onemainadvantageremoteconsultation is, whichmeans, thatanyperson, from the worldanypoint, canreceiveourlegalservice ,” notesNikoloz.
Nikoloz Pkhaladze participated in several high-profile cases. One of the most recent significant cases was the 'Oldenburg' dispute in the Dispute Resolution Chamber (DRC) arbitration. This case concerned the breach of obligations arising from a franchising agreement.

The second high-profile case in which Nikoloz participated was the court case of journalist Tamuna Museridze.

Nikoloz Pkhaladze is not only a practicing attorney—he is also actively engaged in the scientific development of law. Since 2020, he has been publishing articles in the journal “Law and World”, where he analyzes the practical challenges facing the justice system today.
In addition, Nikoloz plans to apply to the Constitutional Court in order to have certain legislative norms declared unconstitutional.
“thisStepis importantlegalsystem'sfor development. Mygoal is, thatof Georgialegalbasemoremuchto approachcontinentalEuropeanlaw,” sayshe.
Nikoloz Pkhaladze sees his future activities outside the borders as well. Therefore, in a few years, he plans to open offices in Strasbourg, Brussels, and Geneva.
“I believe, thathumanrights'protectiononlyat the locallevelshould notbebe limited,” saysNikolozi.
He does not like to talk about charitable activities and only tells us that “in Georgiamanychildren'sshelterssuch as “InfantChildren'sHome” , “Future'sWay” anda.sh. themhelpneedandhopefullyin the nearfutureeverychildwill haveproperConditions“.
In his words, success is the result of continuous development. And law is a living process, and a lawyer who stops developing dies professionally.
“Iconstantgrowthandfor thisstruggleI choose” – saysNikolozPkhaladze.
