a) By the registration of the right for the protection of which the preliminary registration was made;
b) Upon expiration of the term, if such term was established;
c) On the basis of a written agreement between the parties;
d) By registration of ownership rights of another person to this property in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of Georgia, except for the registration of a legal successor as the owner of the said property, as well as in cases where, as a result of the cancellation of ownership rights, the property remains without an owner.
