Registration of Abandonment of Ownership Right to Immovable Property

1. The abandonment of ownership right to immovable property is also registered in the Public Registry of Rights to Immovable Property.

2. Registration of the abandonment of ownership right to immovable property is permitted only if, at the moment of submitting the application for registration of abandonment, no other right except for the ownership right is registered in the Public Registry of Rights to Immovable Property with respect to the immovable property.

3. The ownership right to immovable property shall be considered abandoned from the moment the abandonment is registered in the Public Registry of Rights to Immovable Property.

4. After the abandonment of the ownership right to immovable property, the ownership right is transferred to the state.
